Shipping Information
Your order tracking number will be displayed on the "Order Status Details" page when has been shipped. You will be sent an email to notify you of any changes in the order status which may be viewed at any time on the "Order Status Details" page.
Shipping charges listed below are indicative and may vary. The courier companies charge by the weight and dimensions of the package. And since your order can include any combination of products, it is not possible to accurately predict the shipping cost. If the actual shipping cost is higher than charged during check-out, you will be required to pay the difference. Our customer service executive will contact you to guide you accordingly.

Free Shipping Offer is valid for single package, non over-sized shipments, of over Rs.10000 and less than 10 kg within the contiguous Indian states only. All other areas must pay shipping and handling charges. We reserve the right to ship via the carrier of our choice.
Shipping charges are subject to change without prior notice, due to carrier rate increases. For now, we still offer FREE SHIPPING for merchandise orders totaling Rs.10000 or more (with some exceptions).

We aim to deliver all orders within 8 days of receipt of the order, but cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery beyond our control.
All shipping methods require a complete physical address.
We do not ship to APO/FPO & P.O. Box addresses.
Express orders must be placed before 12:00 pm IST. Express shipments are expedited through our order process. After receiving your order, Customer Service department will contact you by email or phone to inform you of shipping services and cost. We will ship non-ground shipments only after we have received your approval. All aerosols and hazardous materials are shipped via Ground Services ONLY. Expedited shipping options for these items are not available, and will be changed to standard service.
Items marked with this symbol are oversized – shipping rates for these items are based on Volumetric-Weight.
An oversize item is a large (and/or heavy) item which can be shipped via standard carrier services (DTDC, Fedex, etc.) but incurs a higher shipping charge due to the size and/or weight of the item. Oversize items include, but are not limited to:
Orders containing items ordered in large quantities may also require the use of a freight truck. Actual freight truck shipping charge varies based on size, weight, destination, and delivery type and delivery options. Truck shipment delivers your item to the trucker's port in your locality. While all carriers establish their own rates for delivery, our shipping department selects the best carrier based on service, price, and availability.
A physical address and phone number are required for delivery. The minimum charge is Rs. 2000. You might consider consolidating two or more orders to make the most of the minimum charge. Schools should allow three weeks delivery time for truck shipment orders placed from June 15 through August 15.
International orders ship by FedEx. The method and cost are determined by items orders, cost, weight, size and destination. Some items cannot ship outside of the India . This includes any hazardous or flammable materials. Notification will be given if this applies. Free shipping does not apply on international orders.
Shipping charges are calculated and an email is sent for approval within 2-3 business days. If email is not available, the charges will be faxed or phoned. A response is requested within 7 days after receiving our notification. Orders do not ship without approval, and can be cancelled up until that time. A phone number is required for delivery.
The recipient is responsible for any taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. These cannot be estimated prior to shipping. We are unable to remove pricing from documents as the correct value must be provided.
The electrical products we carry may not be compatible with your electrical system, even when a converter is used. Damage may occur, and for this reason, these items are not returnable.

International orders do not ship without customer approval so questions regarding shipping charges will be answered once an order is placed. - Any promotions for free freight do not apply toward orders with oversize and heavy items.
Your order to a physical address within the contiguous states of India will normally be shipped via FedEx Surface. Allow 2 business days for order processing, plus 1–5 business days once merchandise leaves our premise. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be shipped until the following business day.

Factory Direct shipping charges may depend on destination as well as weight. Please allow additional time for delivery. Some items shipped directly from the factory may not be available for express shipping. You will be notified if the item you ordered cannot be shipped express.
Although items shipped from the factory incur additional shipping charges, the cost of the items themselves applies toward the Rs. 10000 free shipping offer. For instance, suppose you order a Rs. 6000 easel that is shipped direct from the factory, plus Rs. 5000 in items that are stocked in our premise. You must pay an additional FOB charge for the easel. However, since your total order is over Rs. 10000, the items that are stocked qualify for free shipping from our distribution center. Thus, it is to your advantage to order additional stocked items with an order that requires factory shipment.
Any promotions for free freight do not apply towards orders with drop ship items.

A freight truck item is an extremely large (and/or heavy) item which requires the use of a freight truck. Freight truck items are not deliverable by standard carrier services (DTDC, Pafex, etc.) and therefore cannot be expedited (surface shipping only). Freight truck items include, but are not limited to:
- Studio easels
- Large canvasses
- Large drafting tables
- Studio-size furniture (watercolor stations, etc).
